It was very bad experience from the tracker, I bought it at brand new condition, however, it always go to deep sleep mode and could not be wake up, I never used it successfully, and the final result is U cancel my rate plan and refund me, but no one told me what I should do for the tracker, I spent $50 for nothing! U should take care of the products which u sold to customer.
sorry for this, you can always change the mode with app, the deep sleep mode can last over 3 years, this is trade-off, it will wake up only next day same time you setup and the tracker will check if there is new command such as changing to regular mode , etc, otherwise, it will just try to uplload the current location and goto deep mode again. this is typical anti-theft mode, which is used by our car dealer such as Toyota. thanks
So far I’m satisfied with this tracker. The battery seems to be lasting well. I’ve had it on a vehicle for 9 days so far and it still has 79% on the battery. It’s pretty accurate.
Bought new tracker and paid fee but will not activate. Trie several times on line and sent your company messages. Have two trackers with plans paid for, neither one works. Need to talk with someone. PLEASE send me phone number to call,

I ordered one of your new trackers to place in my camp trailer. But, before putting it in the camper I gave it a test over a few days. It simply didn’t work. From information given to me by your support personnel I learned that the NEW trackers go into hibernation mode and the way to wake them is to remove and replace the SIM card. I wanted the tracker for recovery in case of theft. I’m almost certain that a thief in stealing my equipment would be not be so accommodating so as to do the SIM remove \ replace for me so I could report his location to the police. For my purposes your upgraded new model tracker was simply worthless. I’ve been completely happy with my previous tracker. It performs perfectly every time. It is in my truck and it has never failed to operate as it should. I could not have been more dissatisfied with the “upgraded” unit. I asked support a couple of times if one of the older models was available. I never got an answer. I’ve now contracted a tracker for the trailer from another company. I will be terminating my association with Ablegrid when my current SIM card contract ends and moving the truck’s service to the other company. Again, I was happy with the other tracker. This should never have happened.

if this is the case, you should not use the tracker, you should contact us right away. the sim card may not activated properly , our tracker works right away.

this is misunderstanding, the tracker itself by default will be waked up anytime when the tracker detects the vibrate , moving , if stopped somewhere, does not move and no vibration detected , it will goto light sleep mode, it can use at least 30 days or even more if the trailer moves around 1-2 hours a day. if you want over 1 or 2 years , then use our app to setup the longest battery mode, e.g. the tracker itself will only wake up once at designated time, such as every 10am at morning. but the rest of time you can not wake up it . all anti-theft trackers we supply the car dealership and even NASA, use this mode. when you find out the property is lost, you use our app to send the command to change the tracker mode to normal mode, eg, light sleep always on mode, and wait next day 10AM, when tracker wakes up, it will automatically check if there is any new command pending, if there is , then the tracker will change the mode, and you can call the police at that time.
Also, if you don't use our tracker and it is returned, pls send me the sim card number, we will full refund the remaining subscription balance.
