Waste of money

I have had nothing but trouble with this tracker and the customer service sucks if you have to need them very often. My sime card will expire the 18th and I'm not renewing it because it don't work 75% of the time.

loses signals very easily if not out in the open

This device is impressive as long as both 4G and GPS signals are good. Even with a strong battery charge, as soon as it comes indoors or into a parking garage, it loses both signals and stops tracking. Even in my backpack inside my car during the drive to work it didn't find the location until I took it out and set it near a window. So it works as long as you can keep it outside pretty much in plain view.

thanks for your review, you can put the tracker under the floor mat or inside the back trunk without any issue, just take a while to get the gps signal, because the metal block some of the signal . if the tracker inside the backpack is always fine, luggage, etc, just make sure it is not metal aluminum luggage or metal wire fabricated bag's . thanks

1/2-1 hour behind

If you want your “real time tracking” from this device to show you where you were 1/2-1 hour ago then it works great. Guess it all depends on what your concept of real time is. Mine is now not a half or full hour ago. I don’t recommend it.

David, which model you use ?

you can use app to setup the tracker upload the location every 20 seconds, it is just 'real time'.

even you setup every 60 seconds or 30 minutes upload the location , it is still 'Realtime'

Good but could be a bit better

Like the strong magnet and long battery life. It is easy to use, just hate that the sim card in mine has to be reset every other day or so. Lost several paid days of tracking due to the tracker being on the car and it being out of state. Overall it is a good tracker and gets the job done.

pls let us know the gps tracker number, we can remotely update the gps tracker firmware to the newest firmware version , it confirmed that for first batch production GT100V model, there is minor bug for the firmware, but any current model at the market has the newest flawless firmware. sorry for this.
