the process was very smooth, but my tracker still is not working. I have been emailing and trying to live chat in the evening since I am on the east coast and your services operate on west coast time and in the afternoon only. but hopefully we can get the units working tonight.

It might be nice once it starts working. Haven’t gotten the support. I need to make sure that the tracker is working the way it should. Maybe someday.

The SIM card you sent me does not fit in my Tracker, it is to wide to be inserted in the slot
The SIM card you sent me does not fit in the tracker I have it is to wide. I seem to get someone who speaks and writes very poor English when I contact tech support.
hello, the sim card is tri-cut sim card, eg, it has nano, micro, standard size, you can snap the simcard and get the right one , thanks
